VANGUARD as FRANKLYN in Samuel Barlow livery. The caption states"Empty boats wait in the arm at Braunston.  The pair belong to Samuel Barlow whilst, in the background, is Harvey-Taylor's Franklyn"  Closer examination reveals that there are two boats in the background facing in opposite directions!
